Outside the office, Susan enjoys running, yoga, and re-discovering Ireland’s coastal routes after returning from a decade in Sydney. She is passionate about lifelong learning, technology ethics and mentoring early-career professionals, and she regularly contributes to legal training programmes on AI, cybersecurity and technology procurement.

Susan Walsh is a senior technology lawyer with over two decades of experience helping businesses navigate the legal complexities of emerging technologies and digital transformation.  Susan has worked in-house in technology and financial services companies, as in to- tier full-service corporate law firms in Ireland and Australia.

Susan advises leading organisations on outsourcing, AI compliance and procurement, cybersecurity, NIS2, DORA, and ICT procurement and contracting. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between innovation and regulation through translating complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable strategies that empower decision-makers. She has led legal strategy for major digital transformation projects across Australia and Ireland, advised on cutting-edge AI, data and other emerging technology initiatives in highly regulated sectors. Susan brings a pragmatic, business-aligned approach to every engagement, believing that great legal advice doesn’t just protect; it enables confident innovation.
