Peter leads the technology and commercial law practice at EY Law Ireland, advising on all aspects of technology law, IP and commercial agreements.

Peter’s expertise is built on 20 years’ experience as a Partner in the commercial department of a leading full-service corporate law firm, Head of Intellectual Property, Technology and Privacy at another prominent full-service corporate law firm, and as in-house legal counsel at global payments firm Elavon.

Peter holds a BCL and Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from University College Dublin.  He is a practising solicitor in Ireland and a solicitor (non-practising) in England and Wales, and a qualified Irish and EU trade mark attorney. Peter ranks highly in Ireland for data protection and technology and at a global level for IP in the leading legal ranking publications.
