Grainne is a dual qualified lawyer with a broad corporate skill set. Grainne has over 14 years’ experience advising on both transactional work (mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, reorganizations) and technical company law advisory work in both Ireland and England.
Grainne has advised many domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including devising and implementation of complex corporate structures, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and compliance with all technical aspects of the Irish Companies Act 2014.
Grainne’s experience of company law advisory and transactional matters, paired with her technical expertise, allows her identify company law issues early in a transaction allowing for pragmatic solutions to be provided.
Grainne holds a Batchelor of Business and Legal Studies (Honours) from University College Dublin and is a dual qualified solicitor in Ireland and England and Wales.
