He is a Company Secretary and Governance advisor with over 10 years’ experience working in leading law firms in Ireland. He has also worked in-house as the named company secretary to a regulated fund service provider.

Gavin has Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies degree from University College Dublin. He has a Professional Diploma in Compliance from The Compliance Institute (formerly The Institute of Bankers School of Professional Finance) and a post Graduate Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
